What does “services-only” mean?
You keep your STR license, your listing account, your payouts, guest agreements, and tax remittance. We work as your hired service provider and never hold guest funds or security deposits.
Do I need to give you my Airbnb login?
No. We work as an invited co-host using the platform’s co-host permissions. You stay the primary host.
Are you a property manager or broker?
No. We’re a services-only co-host. We don’t lease real estate, sign guest agreements on your behalf, or take commissions.
Can you do monthly rentals?
No. We only support stays under 30 nights.
What’s your guarantee?
If we miss a 4.8+ guest rating or under-1-hour guest response, that month’s fee is waived as a credit against our fee. Cancel anytime in the first 60 days with no fees. This is a service guarantee only—we don’t guarantee revenue or bookings.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime in the first 60 days with no fees, and no setup fee is ever charged in that window. Setup is waived with a 12-month commitment; leaving after day 60 but before 12 months may repay a prorated share of setup.
Which areas do you serve?
Licensed homes in Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and unincorporated Summit County. In Blue River, only homes already holding a valid 2026 license.
